It has been proven that the most effective way to keep a team motivated and happy is to take steps to ensure each member of the team is having success. To me, the very best way in which to maximize individual success is by having an excellent training program.  Success in network marketing comes from having duplicatable systems that are easily passed along from leaders to new recruits.

One of the best ways to train your new people is to maintain a training blog. Blogs allow you to use all of the latest technologies, such as streaming video, to train people and to spread your messages. It also allows for interaction between distributors and FAQs.

When creating any kind of training material it is always important to keep in mind the person you are looking to train. Much in the same way every customer is asking you WIIFM, every distributor is asking the same question. Make sure you are providing training material that is current, pertinent and above all something they can use and implement easily to make a difference in their business.

More and more companies these days are moving towards multimedia-style training. It could be through PowerPoint, video or voice recording, but in any case I think this is an excellent way to get your message across. Blogs are capable of using any of these methods of training in addition to simple text. Earlier, I wrote about things like podcasting and video blogging. Training is a great medium for these tools to receive the maximum usage.

Remember, a blog is constantly archiving all of your material. Every training message and material you create will always be available in an easy-to-navigate location so new people will always be able to access it. As the world changes, we all need to change along with it to keep at the top of our game. If you have not learned to use a blog, I would suggest now is the time.
